This mango mama protein shake is so yummy and full of milk-boosting ingredients! I LOVE this protein shake because it is super creamy. My favorite protein powder for breastfeeding mamas is a big part of why it tastes so good, is so creamy, and has so much milk-boosting ingredients.

Here are the ingredients:

1 Scoops of my all-time favorite protein powder
1 Fresh Mango cut up
1/2 – 2/3 cup Frozen mango, pineapple and peach blend. I bought mine at the store, you can substitute for all pineapple, mango or peaches, as long as they are frozen. /
1 tsp flaxseed (helps with milk supply and adds good fats to your milk!!)
1/8 cup of oatmeal (read this post on why it boosts milk)
1/2 cup of almond milk (add more 1 Tbsp at a time if your blender needs it)

Blend everything together in your Ninja single serve blender (YOU NEED THIS! So simple and easy to blend and drink!)
