I started drinking coffee years ago in college, when my roommate introduced me to lattes. I can tell you that the home teeth whitening actually works! I even have one syringe for the whitening and desensitizing gel left because I noticed a big difference, and I want to save those syringes for when the stains slowly come back!
One thing I want to point out is that I didn’t think my teeth were that sensitive, but I did notice sensitivity right away.
