I’ve been pregnant or nursing for over 5 years now. Every time I am pregnant, I do my best to include an organic, prenatal and postnatal protein powder that benefits both me and my baby. Its so important to get enough protein, yet it is often difficult because protein tastes like garbage. I don’t particularly like meat in general, and when I’m pregnant it is even worse. The only protein I like is cheese, and that’s not the best for achieving a belly-only pregnancy.

Ora Organics is a super clean, organic, plant-based protein powder. One of my biggest issues with protein powders is the sweeteners used. A lot of them use sucralose, which I can’t digest. They taste great, but they cause a lot of gas and bloating for me. Ora Organics is sweetened with Stevia, so there are no issues for digestion at all! I am also so very happy with the included digestive enzyme blend in this protein powder. I have personally dealt with IBS and difficulty with digestion. I was able to overcome my IBS with enzymes and probiotics. 

I know don’t have to buy the digestive enzymes separately when I need them, they are all in my shake!! Pregnant mamas can really have some gassy, digestive issues because of the hormone changes, and these little enzymes help you digest your food and absorb the nutrients, in addition to helping ELIMINATE GAS AND BLOATING!
