I tried all the tricks both natural and over-the-counter to ease the symptoms, and I read stacks of books on nutrition. You can read my full story, or grab the digestive enzymes and probiotic kit that completely helped my IBS symptoms! If you are at a place where you are feeling overwhelmed, and you think you have IBS, I highly recommend this bundle with a wealth of information on healing your gut. There’s books, recipes and more that will really get you in the…

I think its safe to say most of us have a friend that would love to sell us their Shakeology and sign us up for their fit camp, or add us to their accountability Facebook group. The industry is a bit saturated now, but I can totally see why. The selling point, Get paid to get fit and post on Facebook!, that I’ve seen is attractive in and of itself. But, what I REALLY WANT TO KNOW, is does it work? Is it all hype, or is it a great workout? I saw the advertisement for Beach Body on Demand’s free 14-Day trial, and thought I’d give it a go, and report back to you all with an honest review! I attempted to report to you in diary-form. So you can get an idea of what it looks like to work out with kids. I took some video footage, but…

Well, I’ve been working out at home rather than the gym, where I was getting my workouts in, and to be honest, it’s just not fun. I’ve been dabbling in a few videos combined with my own workout routines, which if I could focus, would be great. Then, I wanted to challenge myself and give myself some new motivation, so I signed up for the free 30-day trial of the Beach Body On Demand. I reviewed it completely and honestly because I’m not a coach at all.…

Well, it’s that time of year when the cheeks end up coming out. And not those cute baby cheeks, but our mom-butt cheeks. I’m not sure about you, but even after losing the baby weight, my butt is still squishy and flat. Like not the sexy bouncy, but the flabby jiggly. Before my life was taken over by little ones, and since the birth of my now 8-month old baby, I’m working on firming that booty back up. I wrote a post on some moves to help you get your booty back, and in this post, I want to talk more about what you need to do before you…

I am so excited to write this post because I’ve officially chosen my favorite protein powder, specifically for helping to lose the baby weight while breastfeeding. I wrote about the protein powders a couple years ago, and since then I have developed my own protein powder for breastfeeding mamas. I still highly recommend Ora Organics, which is the protein powder I originally wrote this post for. I’ve gotten to know the company, love the product, and think it has a lot of nutritional value. BUT, there were a few things missing from all the proteins powders I tried while breastfeeding, that really made me want to create something highly targeted to breastfeeding mamas. I created Milk Dust to solve a few problems in the market of protein powders: There wasn’t many high-quality, plant-based protein powders that boost lactation: There are very few plant-based protein powders on the market with lactation…

Breastfeeding has a magical way of injecting some sort of sugar monster into our bodies. It is a beast that doesn’t sleep unless it’s had some sort of sweet treat every couple of hours. Well, at least that’s the beast inside of me. I have heard many other new mothers mention their sweet-tooth intensity while breastfeeding. It’s a common side effect we all deal with or give in too. But do we know exactly why this is happening? In order to combat the sweet desires that consume our minds and control our taste buds, we must understand why these type of food cravings are happening. Now, if you Google this problem, most articles are going to tell you a number of vague, over-generalized answers like its just because you’re a nursing mom and tired from lack of sleep. It is true that being tired causes you to crave all sorts…

I can tell you that breastfeeding is a lot of work. I’m breastfeeding my third baby now, and its another job in itself. Finding the right foods to eat is so difficult when you are exhausted and craving all the cake. I seriously can eat and eat chocolate candy when I am breastfeeding. When I am pregnant, all I want are nachos. Breastfeeding is pure sugar. Interesting how that happens. Related: The 5 Best Foods To Lose The Baby Weight and Pump Up Your Milk Supply Here, I’m going over the ultimate foods for your breastfeeding diet. These foods are full of nutrients for you and your baby. You want to pack them in to ensure you both have a lot of vitamins. Trailmix: Now, this doesn’t mean just any candy-filled trail mix.
