Pumpkin pie starts coming on my mind as soon as Starbucks releases the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I love pumpkin pie, and this pumpkin pie protein shake is such a delicious, healthy way to get in your pumpkin pie cravings! The protein powder I use is super clean, safe and full of extra nutrients and vitamins. I discovered the company and fell in love with them. I also suggest this protein powder for all my mamas in my postpartum weight loss and recovery plan. The meal plan incorporates protein smoothies as a super quick and efficient way for mamas to get nutrients in that are so necessary for breastfeeding!

Here’s what you need to make your Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake!
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 ripe bananas
1/4 tsp (or more to taste!) pumpkin pie spice
2 scoops Ora Organics Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder. I usually have one or the other on hand, and their chocolate is a super soft flavor, so it works really well for this recipe, and the vanilla works well too! I’ve used both!
Blend everything in a blender, and you are good to go! Enjoy, and let me know if you make it!
