Pumpkin pie starts coming on my mind as soon as Starbucks releases the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I love pumpkin pie, and a pumpkin pie protein shake is such a delicious, healthy way to get in your pumpkin pie cravings!

Here’s what you need to make your Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake!
Pumpkin Pie Protein Lactation Smoothie
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1-2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately.
Blend everything in a blender, and you are good to go! Enjoy, and let me know if you make it!
For an even simpler version if you are in a hurry and don’t have time for blending, this three ingredient one is a great option!
Just use a shaker bottle and add:
- two heaping spoonfuls of pumpkin puree
- 10-12 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
